It triggered my mind and I knew right from the start that it's time for him to tell us the grandmother stories again.... >_< ..hehe...gosh, it's a good sign. Cos most of us were obviously demotivated in achieving our sales target. (U can call me a sales person, but not exactly what you're thinking,...:P)...Well, being a recruitment consultant, procrastination is indeed a big hurdle that will pull us back to the square. Hmm..meaning zero sales for the month. I always have to move faster in picking up all the relevant details and work myself to the max and achieve what was given. Well, sometimes when things doesn't go our way, when clients/jobseekers gave teeny weeny problems, then it will demotivate most of the consultants. Thus, when we act slowly than the rest, other competitors will have the chance to win the other parties.
